Front Sight to win the fight!

Dear Dr. Piazza,
I sincerely am enjoying your very professional insights into personal defense! I know you could easily charge for the reports alone for anyone serious about defending themselves against the very real threat of a criminal attack against them or their loved ones.
I am that type of person having worked in law enforcement for a few years on a rather part time basis,yet long enough however to understand the type of animals ( some liberals would call the “unfortunate” or “misguided” victims of society ) that are out there in our own backyard so to speak just waiting for the opportunity to pounce on an unaware or inattentive victim. I am constantly aware of my surroundings and am always in the condition yellow mode unless prompted by the situation to raise the level.
I find your reports highly supportive of the training I have had, but with quite a bit more depth than I have been exposed to.
I hope to one day be able to attend Front Sight, I just wish you had such a facility for us folks closer to the east coast.
I remember a made for TV movie staring Tom Selleck in which he made the statement to one of his officers (Tom was the chief of a small town police force) who ask him how he learned to shoot like that, and Tom replied “front sight to win the fight” after knocking several targets over in rapid succession with a Colt 1911. I was just wondering if ol’ Tom had ever attended your training? Well, thanks again for the very informative reports and please keep them coming !
