It seems everywhere I look, businesses big and small are cutting back, laying people off, and preparing for a worsening economy.

Well, that is NOT what is happening to Front Sight.

Front Sight has doubled in students, members and net worth every year for 12 straight years and we are on track to double again this year!

I first learned of Front Sight from my best friend’s father who attended many of your courses. The man was always a father to me and helped shape the man I am today. Thanks for your story about the 35 year old ammunition.

Many years ago I bought a .43cal spanish Remington Rolling block rifle and 100 rounds of amunition by mail order. That shows you how long ago it was. The ammunittion was loaded in Spain in 1876 and was black powder loads with a solid lead bullet lubricated on the outside by beeswax. I fired that rifle many times with the old ammo and never had a missfire. When fired, there was a 20 yard column of white smoke in front of the muzzle and I had to move…

I read in my local newspaper yesterday that the Harley Davidson dealer abruptly went out of business. The owner held a meting with his employees and informed them that he was closing the doors permanently that day.

This followed the Volvo dealership closing it’s doors after 25 years.

We also lost the Chevrolet Dealership and no longer have a BMW dealership.

Circuit City, the largest electronics retailer in our county is filing bankruptcy and Mervyn’s, the anchor of the local shopping mall, is holding a “Going out of

I had logged on to the site some time before and began receiving the reports but stopped reading them after a while.

I didn’t feel like I could afford to become involved though what was presented was exactly what I was interested in achieving.

I was so impressed with the information that I came back to the site recently and began receiving the reports again and this time opted to receive the DVD, which I did not take the advantage of receiving the first time.

I’m often told by people who attend Front Sight that the Color Code of Mental Awareness we teach is worth the cost of the course alone and all the firing range training is simply a bonus.

I’m also asked by people who have not yet attended a course at Front Sight why we spend so much time on the range perfecting the  presentation of your weapon from a concealment holster so you can fire two sighted shots to the center of mass of an attacker at a range of 5 yards in less than 1.5 seconds.

As a law enforcement officer I am extremely supportive of the work that Frontsight is doing in the fight for our Second Amendment freedom!

I often refer people I meet in the course of my duties, that feel victimized by their situation to your school.

I have seen a few of those individuals actually take up your offers on my recommendation.

All of them have returned here, to California, with a new sense of confidence and hope for their futures.
