Front Sight Mail Bag: Response from Chicago Minister

Dear Dr Ignatius Piazza,

Let me start by saying that I recently viewed you on the internet and I am extremely impressed with Front Sight.

I am a 45 year old minister living in Chicago. I have waited all these years to finally take advantage of my second amendment right to own and fire a handgun. I fired a .357 (my first time ever shooting) revolver a week ago at a local gun range.  It was exciting but also I felt the extreme responsibility of having a tool that can be used for safety or can easily end one’s existence. I paused and put the weapon down and realized that I know absolutely nothing about gun ownership or safety. I left the gun dealer with a bittersweet feeling. I immediately came home and told my wife that I am going to read and research everything possible on gun ownership. That is when I was blessed to find your website.

There is so much that I have to learn so I will be signing up for the life time membership at the end of the week.
