Blacking out the sights

September 12th, 2009

Dr. Piazza,

Immediately after reading my gun training report number two, I tried blacking out the white dot on my front sight. Ever since then, my long distance shots are much more accurate. It’s impressive how a tiny spot on the darker colored sight can trick our focus!

Again, thank you very much for the advice, Dr. Piazza.

I look forward to reading my next gun training report!
