Front Sight Mail Bag: From a Deployed Soldier in Iraq

After doing a bit of research, I was pleased to find out about Front Sight…
I had intended to attend a course or two. As often happens, my intentions were short lived. I live in AZ and am a member of the AZ National Guard. Have been deployed this last year to Iraq. I really enjoy the emails I receive from you guys and look forward to a time in the future when I may be able to utilize your training facility. Looking forward, I’ll probably try to catch another deployment to Afghanistan at the conclusion of this one, and then, should be home for good. My daily duties range from Convoy Security to PSD’s, in addition we’ve taken an active role in training the ISF. Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I really do look forward to the newsletters and correspondence I receive from Front Sight. It’s apparent, to me at least, that this training is not only relevant and and tactically correct but something I greatly look forward to!
