Front Sight’s Monday Blog: We are Hiring

2012 is proving to be our biggest and best year EVER.

It seems everywhere I look, businesses big and small are cutting back, laying people off, as a result of a lack of confidence in the economy.

Well, that is NOT what is happening to Front Sight. We are NOT laying anybody off! Just the opposite, we are HIRING!

We are looking for more good men and women as we continue to grow and expand.

Much like in the Marine Corps, where everybody is a rifleman first and then fills other specialty positions, at Front Sight everyone is a firearms instructor first, and then fills other specialty positions.

So Front Sight is looking to hire firearms instructors.

Do you have what it takes to become a Front Sight Instructor?

You may be surprised at what we look for in the people we hire.

Sure, if you are already a retired military or law enforcement instructor we can easily train you technically to become a Front Sight Instructor, but there is much more to being part of the greatest instructional staff in the world than just having firearms experience.

It is through our Instructor Development Program, we CREATE great firearms instructors from GREAT people.

If you are what we are looking for, then we can train you to be a great instructor. If you already have firearms instruction experience, it just makes our job easier.

A full time Front Sight Range Master earns approximately $50,000 per year by imparting the Comfort of Skill at Arms to the law abiding citizens who seek Front Sight’s world class firearms training experience.

Numerous part time instructor positions are available as well for those who can dedicate their part-time firearms instruction exclusively to Front Sight.

All training and instructing is conducted on our 550 acre facility near Las Vegas, Nevada.
