Front Sight Mail Bag: Thought I Knew a Lot…
November 23rd, 2015
Dear Dr. Piazza,
When I went to Front Sight I thought that I knew quite a lot about shooting part of self-defense, you see I have been active at our local USPSA matches for about 10 years. I felt very comfortable at our local matches and thought that I had a good understanding of the fundamentals; I was living life as an Unconsciously Incompetent individual. After the first few firing drills the instructors had made an adjustment to my grip and for the first time ever I actually felt the trigger reset on a 1911. Wow the light bulbs went off and what a difference. I am now in the Consciously Incompetent stage and for the first time in my life I am taking dry practice seriously, and I can’t wait to go back for more training. Thank-you Front Sight!
