Front Sight Mailbag: First Firearms Training Ever

Dear Dr. Piazza,
Thank you for the wonderful experience I had my first time visiting your facility. It was the first time I have ever attended any firearm training and I was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and patient. I know all your students are at different levels of firearm knowledge, and as the class went on I did not feel rushed or out of place. The instructors were helpful, but not overbearing. That worked well for me since I need repetition to get the details right. They told me where I was wrong in a very sincere and guiding manner. Then they let me practice without the feeling of someone watching over your shoulder, even though they were right there paying attention to my actions. I would tell friends that a Front Sight membership would be a great thing to have. It is for life, so you can continue gain information and training to keep up the skills. Yes it is serious business, but it is also a lot of fun. You meet like-minded individuals who want to improve their weapons handling. I have a pistol and I want to get taught by the pros on how to use it to the best of my ability.
