Keep Punching Holes in Paper…
November 3rd, 2007
Dear Dr. Piazza,
I’m nearly 70 and really enjoy reading your reports and news letters. I have an extensive background with firearms, having had one since I was 11. I was a Small Arms Technician for nearly a 1/3 of my 30+ years in the Air Force. During my second career in the California Dept. of Corrections, I was a Range Master and Armorer. I retired for the second time 5 years ago when I was the Armory Sergeant at the Corrections Academy. I enjoy shooting and am somewhat a collector of old military rifles. I have three 03s and one Garand, all of which I shoot. You can probably tell that I’m a pretty good customer of the Civilian Marksmanship Program.
I really like what you’re doing and your overall philosophy concerning shooting instruction and reeducation of the Anti-gun leaders. Please keep on going! We need organizations like yours and the NRA to safeguard our 2nd Amendment rights. In the meantime, I’ll keep punching holes in paper and I do carry concealed since I’m a retired Peace Officer. Again, keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
Ed
Chief Master Sergeant, USAF, Retired
