Greetings and best wishes for Front sight’s continued success in 2008!
Unfortunately, I have encountered a computer glitch that has wiped out everything that has been e-mailed to me since I signed up for your e-mailed information over the last several weeks. The only information from you that I didn’t lose was what you sent to me today, March 10th. I lost a great deal of information due to strange power bumps and surges we had in the area during an archival process.. I would be very grateful if you could re-send all of the information that you have sent from the beginning. This time I will save everything on a zip disk so I won’t lose it.
Thanks so much for the good work that you and Frontsight are doing! I believe, as you do, that gun ownership and concealed carry ( I hope to get my permit very soon) carry heavy responsibilities and that training to just shoot is not the end. One must be not only physically trained but mentally alert and trained, as well.
Some of the people I’ve talked with seem to think that there is no need for concealed carry or being ready for what, at some time, may occur. They think that we see bogey men around every corner. Of course, we know that that is not the mind-set that we have. We seem to be OK if we buy a car with air bags to be better prepared IF there should be an accident, but if we prepare to protect ourselves from the POSSIBILITY of a home invasion or a random shooting, why then we are all of a sudden loony toons. They just don’t get it and unfortunately, some of them never will. Sorry. Sometimes I get a little wound up.
If you can, please send the information again. I found it very helpful and thought provoking.
Again, thank you and Frontsight for all that you are doing and the future plans for your facility. It is good to know that there are so many people willing and able to get the training to do it right!
