Gun Training for the Physically Disabled
May 5th, 2008
Dr. Piazza,
I always look forward to reading your news letters along with your Gun Training Reports.
One of these times I would like to take advantage of one of your generous offers.
I am in California and an old buddy of mine lives in Denver. I’ve been talking to him about meeting up at Front Sight. We are both firearm enthusiasts and both are challenged by limited mobility because of medical problems.
The problem is one of endurance. He (Drew) has a weak heart and I am blessed to have neuropathy in both legs.
In watching your videos I noted quick movements which would wear us out soon.
I am aware that in a defensive posture a person needs to move quickly but there are thousands of folks out there who could use some great defensive training but just can’t move that way and need rest periods during practice.
Anyway, thank you for your reports and I will continue to enjoy receiving your emails.
Take care now,
Casey
Casey,
We have people with physical limitations and mobility issues take our courses with no problems at all. We simply work around any limitations.
We look forward to seeing you in a course soon.
