Hello Dr Ignatius Piazza,
I really appreciate this information. We have recently had a shooting at our residence here in Florida, where we were almost the shooter but with the help of police we were asked to step aside even though we stood ready and able.
Your films are very helpful after our experience. I have critiqued our event over and over, and your assessment is absolutely 100% correct and more clear with our most recent event.
I hope to be able to attend one of your clinics in the near future as soon as the economy begins to start an upward climb. I know with your training, being involved in another shooting or near shooting, whether at home or on the road, we will have a clearer vision of our rights and how to handle diverse what-ifs without hesitation!
I can say that after our event my wife had not used a gun for over 15 years and now has one (for her birthday) and we are practicing at the range together!
I am a holder of a Concealed Weapons License and what little review we did get of the law and how to handle did help, but I certainly can attest that more is better as we have role played our episode. We see a lot of “what else could we do” and have some answers on a few of our thoughts.
Thanks for what you do. We need some guidance during the time of the “Thug Wars” that we all have come to know in the recent years. We understand it will get worse and be more challenging for us and our children.
