I am very pleased to have seen and read your most recent post of August 29th, 2009. There was never any doubt in my mind about your commitment to firearms liberty, but after reading this most recent piece, I am most happy to discover that you are also aware of the larger picture, which includes such evils of (among many other things) the Federal Reserve, government vaccinations, and the catch-all excuse of an un-definable war on “fear” that is very much being used by the collectivists among us in order to strip any and all of our remaining liberties.

Thank you again for all your efforts in the fight for firearms, freedom, and for preserving the original Constitutional Republic. I share your passion, and am pleased to stand with you and others like you in this fight. Never give up!

Some personal thoughts and tactics on the flu.

I am a healthcare worker. As we are exposed frequently to the flu, it is recommended that healthcare workers receive a vaccination each year.

The 1970’s Swine Flu vaccine was the very first flu vaccine I ever had taken. A couple of days later I read in the newspaper about the problems associated with that vaccine. Since then I have been reluctant to receive any flu vaccine.

Due to my increasing age and general health, I still get a flu vaccine occasionally. I first research what type of flu is going around and how virulent it is. If it seems that the flu is mild I do not take a vaccine. If reports indicate it is virulent then I will take the vaccine.

The vaccine has to be for the type of flu that is going around. There are several types being transmitted at any one time and a vaccination for one type does little to inoculate you for any other type. For instance receiving a type A vaccine when type B flu is prevalent means I will not receive the vaccination.

The 2009 Swine flu does not seem to be a virulent type. From newspaper reports there have been very few deaths. Most of these deaths are of people who are very young, very old or they have some type of immune deficiency.

Unless something changes I will not be taking this vaccine.

Remember wash your hands, clean all surfaces you or others touch and try to avoid getting coughed or sneezed on. This will help prevent getting the flu in the first place.

Use a diluted solution of regular bleach to disinfect surfaces, it works very well.

Hey Dr. Piazza,

Keep up the good work on all of your efforts RE 2nd Ammendment rights and all your other insights into the intrusions upon our American freedoms guaranteed by our CONSTITUTION.

Your stance on vaccinations is right on course.

I and all accurately informed Americans  have been well aware of the shortcomings of our health care delivery system especially in terms of the ineffectiveness and dangers of mass immunizations.

Now with the influence of western hemisphere medical thought and practices and its control of health insurance coverage along with the pharmaceutical industry and their combined political clout we can certainly expect further assaults upon our freedoms of choice and the quality,availabity and affordability of health care.

Let us all cling to the words “OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE and BY THE PEOPLE”.

May Our Lord continue to bless and strengthen you in your MISSION–an armed,trained,law-abiding(and may I add,God-fearing) citizenry.

Hello Dr. Piazza,

My name is John and I’ve been receiving your emails for several months now. I just wanted to thank you for your most recent blog regarding the swine flu and the governments’ transgressions. I’ve always been somewhat leary of vaccinations to begin with, and the information you provided just solidifies that even more. Additionally, I am grateful for the extremely informative free material that you provide on a regular basis on how to be more aware of my surroundings, how to use my weapon more effectively and thereby better protect my family. I look forward to the blogs and training reports every time I check my email. I know that I would thoroughly enjoy and benefit from being trained at your institute and I hope to have the money to make it out there someday. (I’m in FL, so it’s a bit of a hike). Until then, I’ll continue to soak up the info through my emails. Thanks again for all you do!

First I would like to thank you Dr. Piazza for your work on restoring freedom to America.

America needs more people like you.

But I also wanted to share a story with you. When President Ford announced the Swine Flu vaccination program I was working for a medical insurance company in Maryland. My supervisor asked me when I was going to take the shot which was to be given in-house, on company property. I told him that I was not going to take the vaccination. He became upset and called in his supervisor who threatened to fire me if I did not take the shot.

I replied that he was the boss and could do that but still I would not take the shot.

They badgered me for about a week and then dropped the issue.

Months later my boss brought up the subject again and said that I was very lucky not to have been fired over the issue and that he was surprised that I was not because of how much money the company had at stake in this vaccination. Big, big money he said.

I am still wondering about the source of this big, big money.
