And this is an example of ‘being my brothers keeper’. As it is not possible for law enforcement to be everywhere at all times, by being a responsible citizen, and a responsible gun owner, then by their actions, this couple has ensured that this male has learned a valuable lesson about life in a civilized society. We the People, as a polite society, have as an obligation, the necessity for intervening when we see wrong doing. And when more people realize this, then all of us will be safer by extension.
