Front Sight Mail Bag: Response from Father and Son

Dear Dr. Piazza:
I recently attended a two day handgun course with my son.
We own a small industrial packaging business in the Chicago area.
We are primarily salesmen, so we take special notice of things like customer training and satisfaction. Front Sight does a great job.
From the start, we were impressed with the organization of the program. Easy check in and plenty of strong coffee to get us motivated.
We were also impressed with the cross section of students. The instructors were friendly, but professional. They obviously mean business to get us trained, but keep it safe.
The three main instructors couldn’t be more different, but they worked very well together.We enjoyed them all.
We were fumbling for most of the first day, but the repetition started to kick in late on day one. Our gun handling and shot placement improved significantly.
What we were totally surprised about was the moral discussion about gun ownership and use. It definitely needed to be talked about. Very thought provokiing.
We were sorry to see the second day end. Maybe we can do the 4 day in the future. Also, a great time together for my son and I. We’ll remember it for a long time.
Dr. Piazza, keep up the good work. Great vision and great execution. Front Sight works!
