Front Sight Mail Bag: Father and Son Attend Gun Training Together
March 25th, 2011
Dear Dr. Piazza,
I have nothing but glowing comments about the course and everyone that contributed to making it an outstanding success. Everything about course content, range safety and the enthusiasm of each instructor contributed to my own enthusiasm about the course. I attended the course with my youngest son so we had a lot of time together to talk about and critique everything. I am a former Marine and that may make me a little more critical. But to no avail I learned a lot and it now shows.
Let me tell you a little incident that happened during the course. A class member came up to my son when I was not with him and said “you and your dad look like you are having a great time.” He went on to explain to my son that his dad died three years ago and would have loved to attend a course like this.
I guess our enthusiasm was contagious.
One other area that helped to contribute to our enthusiasm was the fact that my son was the Distinguished Graduate of the class.
The course was a 10+ Thank you!
Kindest personal regards,
Chuck H.
