Front Sight’s Monday Blog: We will Train Nevada’s Teachers

Obama, once again, is using a school shooting to deflect attention away from his complete lack of leadership in dealing with our nation’s debt crisis and the disastrous launch of ObamaCare.

Just a day after a middle school shooting in Nevada, Obama “remains committed” to pushing for stricter gun control laws and will “keep at it,” say Obama’s White House press secretary.

Obama is an idiot to think that gun control is going to stop school shootings. Fortunately, we only have three more years of that moron in the Whitehouse. Unfortunately, we will continue to have more school shootings until we take the proper steps to forever stop the CAUSE of school shootings.

If you missed it, police say a 12-year-old boy at Sparks Middle School near Reno, Nevada, shot and injured two classmates and killed math teacher Mike Landsberry, a former Marine who served in Afghanistan and had been trying to talk the shooter out of harming others. The 12-year-old boy also killed himself.

So how many more of these school shootings are we going to allow before we… ARM AND TRAIN OUR TEACHERS!

Isn’t it a shame that a former Marine, teacher Mike Landsberry is “trying to talk” the shooter out of harming others, when (if he had a gun) he could do what every Marine is trained to do. Neutralize the threat!

Isn’t it a shame that a Marine, who has been trained in the proper use of firearms and survived protecting our country’s interests in combat operations throughout Afghanistan, comes home (disarmed) to face a murderous middle school student?

Isn’t it a shame that Congress continue to ignore the 80% of police officers who support “arming teachers and/or school administrators” who volunteer to carry a gun at their schools, leaving teachers like Landsberry and his students unarmed victims?

Isn’t it a shame that Nevada is not following the example of its neighbors — in Utah and Idaho — which are arming teachers at schools?

Come on Nevada, get with the program!

As long as psychiatrists keep prescribing homicide and suicide inducing drugs to our children, and as long as there are unarmed teachers who can’t do anything but hide children behind their own body and beg for their lives, there will be school shootings.

The only way to stop school shootings is to protect our children, with a gun in the hands of trained school personnel.

The only way to stop turning our school kids into murderers is to stop psych drugging our children.

Get the word out to Nevada Legislators. Front Sight has the answer and will provide the solution.
