Front Sight Mailbag: Word of Mouth

Dear Dr. Piazza,
Word of mouth is alive and well even in today’s market of mass media. My range partner (also a woman) & I were talking last weekend about our experience, when a friend overheard us. She asked what this was all about. We told her about our experience. She asked my range partner if she wasn’t scared. (She had been scared in the beginning as this was her first time.) She explained how lots of things had changed. Then our friend decided she would probably come with us next time.
