Ammunition EVERY gun owner should have compliments of my good friend, John Lott, Jr.

July 28th, 2019

I had my good friend, John Lott, Jr. speak to our highest level members, the Order of the Knights of Front Sight, over the July 4th Knights Week.

As you should already know, John Lott, Jr. is a voice of sanity and scientific study in the world of knee jerk, gun-grabbing politics. John is a one man army of research and scholarly study on the subject of guns and crime. His books, articles, interviews and published research are the backbone of every rational argument against gun control.

WHY is this so vitally important?

Because you and I know gun control does not make society safer. You and I know that gun control disarms law abiding citizens and shifts the balance of power on the street into the hands of the criminals. You and I know gun control increases violent crime. Unfortunately, the city dwellers, the politicians and the news pundits who DO NOT OWN GUNS, or worse, FEAR GUNS, do not know these facts and it is the scholarly research of John Lott Jr. that provides the truth to the uninformed.

And of course there are those who want to control and squash our freedom, who know the truth, but publish false data to sway the uninformed into believing guns in the hands of responsible citizens are bad for society. It is the scholarly research of John Lott Jr, that shines the harsh light of reality on these gun-grabbers and debunks the flawed and biased gun control studies that the liberal, gun-grabbing press is so fond of promoting.

For his tireless and selfless work, EVERY GUN OWNER owes John Lott, Jr. a sincere thank you, a real debt of gratitude, and EVERY GUN OWNER should support John’s efforts and research.

I do. I automatically, personally donate to him every month because his work is so vitally important to the freedom of all gun owners.

You should too. Please do so here: https://crimepreventionresearchcenter.nationbuilder.com/donate

Here is a message John asked me to pass on to you. This is ammunition every gun owner should have against the myths of gun control…

This weekend C-SPAN 2 will twice show one of the talks that I gave about a week ago at FreedomFest. The talk is on some of the myths surrounding gun control, and it will show on Saturday (July 27th) at 9:00 PM EDT and Sunday (July 28th) at 1:50 PM EDT. A couple of the C-SPAN employees came up to me after the talk and said that the information that I provided had changed their minds, so despite having some audio problems, I think that the presentation turned out well and I think that you will enjoy it.

This past Wednesday I also gave a talk to the Congress’ Second Amendment Caucus and talked about both Red Flag Laws and Congress appropriating $50 million next year for the Centers for Disease Control to do research on gun control, but, unfortunately, that talk is confidential, and I don’t have a recording of that talk.

I have also done several major national radio shows about Twitter continuing to lock my account (Mark Levin, Larry Elder, and Bill Martinez) as well as on Gavin McGinnis‘ cable show. I hope to have some big news about this Twitter battle soon, but the bottom line is that Twitter is not enforcing their rules equally for different people.

Op-eds that I have recently done cover Kamala Harris’ claim that if her gun control regulations had been in effect, the Aurora Batman movie theater shooting wouldn’t have occurred and a short op-ed that I had in the Richmond Times-Dispatch on Virginia’s recent Special Legislative Session on gun control.

Our annual media report shows that last year I had over 81 op-eds (including such places that would not usually hear another side of the argument such as the New York Times and New York Daily News), 979 news stories, over 300 radio interviews (including big shows such as Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and Glenn Beck), and 50 television interviews (including Fox News and Fox Business). Not only do we do original research done nowhere else, but no organization has our size budget of less than $250,000 that has our media footprint. Indeed, we have a bigger media impact than organizations with a budget 40 times our size. There is no other organization where you can get as much of impact per dollar donated.

For information on activities at the Crime Prevention Research Center, here is a link to our “info deck.” (Sorry, the link didn’t work last time we sent it out, but it should now.) Please view in full-screen mode and scroll using the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Thank you very much for your continued interest and support. It means a lot for the work that we need to do.
