Front Sight Mailbag: My Sixth Course Taken…

Dear Dr. Piazza,
This was the sixth course we have taken at Front Sight in the past two years, and almost without exception, the staff and instructors have been consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and enthusiastic about their roles at Front Sight. This includes everyone from the gate and parking attendants to the instructors who help at Weapons Inspection to the staff handling lunch orders to the staff in the Pro Shop to the staff at the Ammo Bunker to the staff in the Armory and even the maintenance workers who keep everything clean and the ranges stocked with water. Every single staff member seems to know their job well and like their job. They are always properly turned out, looking sharp in their uniforms. They make eye contact, and if they notice that we look a little lost or confused, they stop to ask if they can help. It is truly a class act.
