Front Sight Mailbag: A Dozen More Times…

Dear Dr. Piazza,
This is the first time I have taken this course and I must say that the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. I picked up on the friendliness of the staff when I first entered the gate on day 1 of training and the demeanor of the staff remained consistent all the way through the course. I have already told my friends a lot about the course. The first thing I told them was that even though I have conceal carried for several years, I simply did not know how much I didn’t know until completing this 4 day handgun course. From presenting a weapon quickly and safely, to knowing where to shoot an enemy to stop them, to properly resolving malfunctions, to considering the repercussions of using a firearm in self-defense. There wasn’t an hour that went by that I didn’t learn something new, and I know that I could retake the course a dozen more times and still not learn everything there is to know.
