I want to bring you up to speed on what happened today because the Left Wing Media is saying Justice Alito’s DENIAL of the Pennsylvania GOP’s "EMERGENCY APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF INJUNCTION PENDING THE FILING AND DISPOSITION OF A PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI” is the END of President Trump’s Supreme Court bid to overturn the election.

As with damn near everything the Left Wing Media says these days, noting could be further from the truth. Here’s WHY…

The Not-So-Good news today is the Pennsylvania GOP submitted to Justice Alito, a request for an Emergency Injunction to stop Pennsylvania from certifying their election BEFORE the GOP had the time to file a petition for the Court to overturn the decision of a lower Pennsylvania court. Alito denied the emergency application only. That’s ALL that happened. The case is still active.

Lead attorney for the Trump Legal Team, Jenna Ellis confirms it.

It would have been great if Alito had granted it, but he denied it without comment. He did not dismiss the ability for the Pennsylvania GOP to continue on with their petition, and their petition will likely get merged with another case that was filed by the Great State of Texas today, suing several battleground states for their unconstitutional actions in the 2020 Presidential Election. And the GREAT news today is that the Arizona Legislature voted to take back their authority to appoint the Electoral College Votes and they will be giving them to President Trump.

So what about the Supreme Court? Are they going the hear a case in time to overturn the election results?

ALWAYS REMEMBER, regardless of what happens in the Supreme Court TODAY or another day; or the individual State Legislatures’ selection of Electoral College Votes on December 14; or the certification and approval of the Electoral College Electors by Congress on January 6; as long as President Trump and the 80-90 million citizen patriots who voted for him REFUSE TO CONCEDE and are WILLING TO FIGHT, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will not be inaugurated on January 20 or any other day for that matter.  

There is just TOO MUCH evidence of fraud in this election to stand by and allow our country to be stolen from us.  If we are not willing to fight for our freedom and fair elections, we deserve neither, and ALL is lost.  

You MUST ask yourself, what would our Founding Fathers do?   

While you ponder that question, the smoking gun that continues to smoke is the Dominion Voting Systems.

The Trump Legal Team is closing in on the irrefutable proof that the Left Wing Media wants everyone to ignore and the Social Media Censors are trying to suppress. Namely, that the Corruptocrats committed massive, criminal voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election and stole the election from President Trump and the 80-90 million citizens who voted for him.

Sidney Powell-@TeamPowell 6 hours ago- Ware County, GA has broken the Dominion algorithm: Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran an equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

Sidney Powell is reporting a shocking Twitter thread appearing today that presented an exceptionally disturbing piece of evidence showing the extreme likelihood of massive voter fraud through Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the heart of election irregularities across the nation.

The thread, posted by Robb Hurst, claims that Ware County, Georgia, tested Dominion Voting Systems tabulators by having them count an equal number of ballots cast for former Vice President Joe Biden and President Trump. But instead of spitting out the same number of votes for each candidate, it showed Biden winning by 26%.

Hurst, who is president of a CPA group, also claimed there is corroboration for their findings and asks whether these discrepancies are widespread across the nation.

I watched a Nevada judge sit for a hearing on voter fraud where no witnesses were called. The attorney for Trump was only allowed to reference written exhibits and written sworn affidavits of voter fraud that Trump’s Legal Team had submitted a few days before the hearing. When you see this video of the volumes of evidence submitted, do you really think the judge in the case studied ALL the evidence, before the hearing? Absolutely not.

Do you think the judge will study ALL of the evidence before he makes his ruling on a Friday afternoon the day after the hearing? Absolutely not.

He may not study ANY of it, but instead, do as most judges do, and assign their clerks (recent law school graduates who are mostly wet-behind-the-ears Democrats) to review the evidence and tell him what THEY think. Seriously. This is why they have a gaggle of law clerks who do all the heavy lifting for them.

Take a look at the volume of written evidence and tell me if you believe the judge is going to study all of it OVERNIGHT to make a correct ruling by the next afternoon…

And remember the video I showed you of retired Army Colonel and now Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano, who after the Pennsylvania Fraud Hearings stated he was going to submit a Joint Resolution to the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives to take back the Legislature’s authority to appoint electors, and they would appoint all 20 to President Trump? Well, Mastriano did what he said he was going to do and submitted his Joint Resolution on Friday November 27. But guess what happened? The Pennsylvania House and Senate went home for the holidays. Yep, these overpaid, underperforming “civil servants” go home for the entire month of December every year, with pay of course. They will be back after the first week in January, when it is conveniently too late for them to do anything.

When I inquired as to HOW IN THE HELL could the entire State Legislature take a vacation when the most important work they have ever been tasked to do, was given to them the day before, I was told that the Congressional Year had ended and a Special Legislative Session of the Pennsylvania Congress would have to be convened, in order to debate and sign the Joint Resolution to take back their authority to appoint the Presidential Electors.

Only the Governor of Pennsylvania can call a Special Legislative Session. Pennsylvania Governor Thomas Wolf is a Democrat. No Special Legislative Session was called by Corruptocrat Thomas Wolf, who was part of the cabal of criminals responsible for all the last minute changes in Pennsylvania’s voting rules, that enabled the massive voter fraud in the first place! This is the type of premeditated partisan corruption President Trump is fighting for ALL of us.

Remember Traitor to the Republic, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf. He term limits out of the Office of Governor of Pennsylvania in 2022, but career Corruptocrats like him never retire, they just run for other offices to suck more pensions, more perks, and more benefits from taxpayer’s pockets. The Trump Legal Team, fronted by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have successfully presented significant evidence of massive voter fraud to the state legislatures of both Pennsylvania and Arizona, resulting in joint resolutions of the PA and AZ Senate and House of Representatives to claw back their authority to appoint Electoral College votes. Hearings regarding voter fraud are Michigan and an evidentiary hearing in front of a Nevada judge have occurred and demonstrate massive fraud. Although these hearings are not as productive as the hearings where Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis are in full control of the pace of the hearing and the evidence provided DIRECTLY to the Senate and House of Representatives leadership, these hearings are still valuable in getting the evidence presented to the public that the Left Wing Media, Social Media Censors, and Deep State Traitors are actively suppressing.
