Texas is making a stand and already taking Biden to the woodshed…

After the darkest day in American history, the Inauguration of China Joe Biden and Commie Harris, I have received various reports from numerous sources telling me emphatically, “IT’S NOT OVER!”
Well if you read again what I wrote, you will see that I placed an emphasis on the word TODAY when talking about the lack of a defining action taking place to prevent the Biden Inauguration, giving hope that there was still some kind of plan in place to right the wrong that ALL Americans suffered at the hands of the Corruptocrats cheating the American people out of a free and fair election.
I have read all the reports and watched all of the videos, from all the sources on the Internet telling me what is going to occur, and I will tell you that I would LOVE to see ANY of it happen. However, it is nothing but theoretical speculation and interpretation UNTIL it happens, because no blogger is going to get the information directly from the source, as doing so would endanger the entire operation, IF THERE IS ONE.
Ask yourself, if you were alive during the time, did you know the Bay of Pigs debacle was going to happen? Did you know what Kennedy was going to do during the Cuban Missile Crisis? Did you see Kennedy’s assassination coming? How about the botched Iranian Hostage Rescue under Jimmy Carter? Were you privy to Reagan invading Grenada? Or the bombing of Khadafy? The rescue of any of our citizens held anywhere in the world at any time in history? NOPE. You only heard about what happened after the fact, when EVERYBODY was told what happened.
Did Trump or his insiders let you know in any way, shape or form of the plan to kill Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani, or terrorist Qassim al-Rimi, or Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi? NOPE. You only heard about what happened after the fact, when EVERYBODY was told what happened. And that is how Trump’s plan, IF THERE IS ONE, will go down. We won’t know until it is evident to everybody, and it is done.
But THIS you CAN count on during the China Joe Biden / Commie Harris regime. Litigation. LOTS of litigation. In today’s civil society, attorneys are the hired guns. I know first-hand. I have filed many lawsuits against injustice. I currently have one filed against the State of Nevada over their unconstitutional COVID restrictions. Lawsuits from states, organizations, and individuals will be filed at every turn against anything and everything that the Socialists in Office try to jam down the throats of patriotic Americans.

Texas Set to Bring Volley of Lawsuits Against Biden Administration

As President Joe Biden assumed office and two newly elected Georgia Democrat senators were sworn in on Jan. 20, Texas Republicans prepared to mount a flurry of legal challenges to push back against the incoming administration’s progressive agenda.
The Biden administration has signaled a left-leaning agenda on energy, taxes, immigration, health care, and other priorities. Biden has vowed to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord and take far-reaching steps on climate change, including seeking to cut greenhouse gas emissions by half by 2030 and effectively ending them by around 2050, sparking existential fears from the fossil fuel industry, a key economic pillar in Texas.
Biden has also proposed sweeping immigration reform that would create a pathway to citizenship for more than 11 million illegal immigrants, and plans to roll back Trump’s corporate tax cuts and raise income tax.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who–while serving as the state’s attorney general–famously proclaimed, “I go into the office, I sue the federal government, and I go home,” said on Jan. 16 that the Biden White House can expect a spate of legal challenges from the Lone Star State.
“A new crop of Texas-led lawsuits awaits Joe Biden’s White House,” Abbott wrote in a tweet on Jan. 16.
“Texas will take action whenever the federal government encroaches on states’ rights, or interferes with constitutional rights, or private property rights or the right to earn a living.”

Biden hit with first major lawsuit as Texas objects to ‘unlawful’ immigration freeze

Less than a week into President Joe Biden’s term, the administration has been hit with a major lawsuit over a flurry of executive orders issued shortly after the Inauguration Day ceremonies.
The legal action, brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, specifically seeks to stop an “unconstitutional, illegal, and bad” freeze on deportations of illegal immigrants from the state.
Paxton revealed the lawsuit Friday, stating that it was brought only after Biden refused to undo an order issued by his Department of Homeland Security halting the removals.
“I told [the Department of Homeland Security] and [Biden] last night to rescind its deportation freeze, which is unconstitutional, illegal, and bad for Texas and the nation,” Paxton wrote in a Twitter post. “They didn’t budge.”

BREAKING: Texas Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Begin Process of Secession

Anticipating what they (rightfully) believe will become the most socialist-leaning administration since Great Britain ruled the colonies, conservatives in Texas are not planning on ‘waiting out’ Joe Biden’s term.
They want out, as in all the way out.
State Rep. Kyle Biedermann (R) filed legislation this week seeking to put the question of a “Texit” — a process by which the Lone Star state would become the Lone Star nation — to voters.
Called House Bill 1359, which is also known as the Texas Independence Referendum Act, the legislation called for a statewide ballot in November asking voters if they want to remain part of the United States or “establish an independent republic.”
